I was flying from Omega-41 to Sigma-5 when suddenly my internet connection failed... it was for a couple seconds, maybe 10. So I let the ship continue in autopilot. Then suddenly I was pulled back to a previous location. And I exploded!!! And a message said, "Your thrusters blown up, the exeeded maximum capacity" ... "You will be banned for speed moding"... WTF!?!?!? I Don't use cheats, I never did and I'll never will.
Now I can't enter the server... Please check this, if every time a lag peak shows, players will explode and get banned. Then you'll have a lot of banned people in no time.

Consider yourself free to be honest, not a lot i can do about this as the server thresholds are set for plenty of leeway, sometimes it happens, sometimes not. Important thing is to let me know and it gets sorted

It just happened again... it seems that if connection fails and gets back the server reads my position and matches it with the moment where the connection failed and bans me from server... T_T

Unbanned. Yes it does, but you also had insane amounts of packet loss at the time which is nothing to with me or the server. The server software is simply reacting to the state of your connection at the time of the incident. If i were you, i'd look at why your connection is messing up and why you are losing connection.
