These are the Roleplay guidelines for the server. These will be amended if need be by the management.
TRADERS - This allows the person named full rights and benefits associated with being a fully qualified trader. Approved by the Sirius Traders Association. For use in all freighter class ships including gunboats, where the gunboat is used for trading purposes. All trader pilots must buy a trader licence and mount it on their ship. Trader licences are only available from the four main house planets, Planet Manhattan, Planet New London, Planet New Tokyo and Planet New Berlin.
BOUNTY HUNTER - This allows the person named full rights and benefits associated with being a fully qualified Bounty Hunter. Licensed by the Bounty Hunters Guild. This allows for the capture and execution of known fugitives on the 'Wanted List' on the Gizmo Forum Bounty Board. All bounty hunters must buy a bounty hunter licence and mount it on their ship. Bounty Hunter licences are only available from Bounty Hunter stations and house system main planets.
POLICE - This allows the person named full rights and benefits associated with being a fully qualified Police Officer. Certified by the local Police Association. Duties include checking players for correct licences and issuing a $10k fine for not having one, confiscating contraband, shooting all non-compliants. Required to use the special Viper Mk.1 Police ship available from any [ADMIN]. Players must buy a police licence and mount it on their ship. Police licenses are only available from the four main house planets.
PIRATES - This allows the person named full rights and benefits associated with being a swashbuckling Pirate. Players must buy a pirate licence and mount it on their ship. This licence is ONLY available from Jed's Bar & Grill in the Tortuga system.
NAVY - This allows the person named full rights and benefits associated with being a certified naval pilot. Duties include, searching players for contraband and protecting their borders against attacks from Nomads or similar. Players must buy a Naval licence and mount it on their ship.
ORDER - Become a member of the Order, patrolling systems for Nomads and pirates and anyone else carrying Nomad Pilots as the Order would like to take them for interrogation. An Anubis fighter with cloak or a Globemaster trader is a requirement as an Order pilot. Players must buy an Order licence and mount it on their ship.
NOMAD - Become a Nomad with a full rep change and use a Nomad fighter or Nomad Gunboat. These come with cloaks as well. The Nomads are there to wreak havoc wherever they go, one of their tasks is to collect human pilots for experimentation which they can sell at Nomad bases which are dotted all over Sirius. No tag required as if you're a Nomad, pretty obvious what you're up to. All other reps are red to you so this is not for the faint hearted.
FREELANCER - Lastly the 'Freelancer' or non tagged player. They can pretty much do as they wish. They will still be liable for carrying illegal cargo and be subject to searches by Police RP players, Why? Because the npcs will still be doing their jobs and seems silly that they can scan you but a Police RP player can't. Same goes for Pirates, they scan players all the time so a Freelancer is not above this either. Also means you can trade in a fighter or trader if you like, go anywhere, do anything. Freelancers are neutral so can go wherever they like and just watch the action if they so please. It's more about what cargo they carry tbh. Let's not forget that as a Freelancer, you can attack anyone you like, don't be surprised if they shoot back. Upset a whole clan? Your problem. Carrying illegal cargo? Tough. So this role is exactly like it would be if you were by yourself, with the same problems you will encounter as usual.
